While small flat rate box shipping cost will remain $4.95, medium box rates will increase from $10.35 to $10.70, and large box rated will go up from $13.95 to $14.50.
Express mail envelope rates will increase from $17.50 to $18.30. Standard, parcel post and first class mail rates will remain unchanged.
